Dr. Dhanraj Budhai, a highly experienced Dental Surgeon with over a decade of expertise, with a focus on Implant Dentistry. As an affiliate of the Implant Ninja School, guided by experts like Dr. Ivan Chicchon, Dr. David Wong, and Dr. Matt Krieger, he has completed comprehensive studies in Dental Implants, Guided Bone Regeneration, Soft Tissue Grafts, Implant-supported Full-Mouth Rehabilitation, and Sinus Lift Surgey.
Dr. Budhai has also undertaken courses with renowned Professor Tomas Linkevicius, focusing on the Principles of Zero Bone Loss Concept and Immediate Implant Placement. Under Dr. Soumi SenGupta's mentorship at Fundamentally Implants, he mastered Biomechanical Priniciples, Mini Implants, and the use of Platelet-rich Fibrin in Implant Dentistry.
Committed to excellence, he stays current with the latest evidence, research, and techniques for the highest standard of patient care. When Dr. Budhai is not designing smiles, he is either playing with his RC toys, making mischief with his cats, or bingeing on a tv show.

Dental Surgeon
Dr. Tressyia Amy Ketwaroo is a top-performing Dental Surgeon renowned for her commitment to excellence. Graduating as the valedictorian of her class with the highest GPA ever achieved, she sets the standard for quality care.
Driven by a passion for staying updated, Dr. Ketwaroo pursues ongoing education, currently pursuing a diploma in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry at the London Dental Institute. She believes in offering her patients the latest techniques and options for optimal treatment outcomes.
Dr. Ketwaroo prioritizes patient education, ensuring every individual understands their treatment journey and the importance of oral health. She firmly believes in the power of mindset, striving to empower her patients to achieve their dental goals.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Ketwaroo enjoys spending time with her cats, embodying her compassionate nature both in and out of the clinic.

Ms. Taramattie Bhogie Jacobs
Dental Hygienist/ Extender
One of the first things you will notice about Ms. Taramattie Bhogie is how easy it is to talk to her. A true reflection of her dynamic, adventurous, and friendly personality.
Ms. Bhogie is a fast learner. She joined the SMiLEDesigners family in 2018, and within two years, mastered all the training, earning herself the highest-ranking positions as a Level 3 Dental Assistant, Dental Extender, and Dental Hygienist.
Ms. Bhogie is passionate about her job. Each day she strives to grow and learn more. She would use her superpower personality to make her patients feel more relax and comfortable at the office. Her goal with Dentistry is to educate her patients on the importance of good oral hygiene habits. She also strives to improve her patients' quality of life by teaching them proper flossing and brushing techniques.
In her free time, Ms. Bhogie runs a small online shopping business. When she's not busy multitasking, she explores new places with her wonderful hubby, Maxton.

Mr. Ravendra Geer
Dental Technician
Mr. Ranveer Geer is always cool, calm, and collected. These qualities are an absolute asset for the lengthy and tedious process required to handcraft dentures. He studied to become a Dental Technician at the Venezuela Polytechnic University of the Armed Forces. Over the last ten years, he had experience working with Dentists in both Venezuela and Guyana.
Mr. Geer joined the SMiLEDesigners team in 2021 and had since been helping patients at our office regain their confidence to smile and eat naturally with his dentures. One of his greatest joys working with patients is the boost of self-esteem he sees after they get their dentures. After work, Mr. Geer likes to spend time with his family and watch movies.

Ms. Sarah Anesa Uddin
Administrative Coordinator
Ms. Sarah Anesa Uddin can be described as a wholesome person, honest and observant. She joined the SMiLEDesigners team in 2019, adding some sugar and spice to the office.
Oral health education and building relationships with our patients is the top priority for Ms. Sarah. One of her daily tasks is to communicate with our patients, providing any information they may require before appointments, and assist with post-operative care.
She is always keen on taking control of negative interactions; turning them into positive ones, and gaining the trust of our patients. Her nurturing instincts and willingness to help only compliments this. This is the one thing she loves the most about her job.
When Ms. Sarah is not working, she likes experimenting with food to see what new concoction she can make, spending time with her cats, watching Anime, reading, among many other hobbies.

Ms. Giana Budhai
Dental Assistant
Ms. Giana Budhai is compassionate, fun, reliable, and packing a good sense of humor! She is always up for new challenges. Immediately out of Highschool she sought to secure herself a job in the complex world of Dentistry. Ms. Giana's dad is a Dental Technician and her brother she describes as a steadfast wizard Dental Surgeon, both of whom inspire her.
She joined the SMiLEDesigners team in 2020 and has since been broadening her knowledge in the dental field to educate patients on good oral hygiene habits. Ms. Giana strives to reduce patient's anxiety and to improve patient's experiences with dental care.
When she is away from the dental office, she enjoys baking cakes, spending time with her niece and nephew, and teaching Sunday School.

Ms. Faraah Jamesie
Dental Assistant
Considerate, sympathetic, and understanding all describe Ms. Shavita Surjraj personality.
She's always eager to learn and to improve her work.
Her patients are her top priority. She always ensures they are comfortable whiles receiving dental treatment and would check on them multiple times during a procedure.
Ms. Lalita Prahalad
Sterilization Assistant/ Janitor
Ms. Lalita strives to provide a clean and comfortable space for both staff and patients. She is loyal, respectful, and always ready to assist in any way possible. On many occasions, Ms. Lalita would go beyond her duties to ensure everyone around her was safe. She credited her protectiveness to her motherly instinct since she is the mother of two beautiful kids.
Ms. Lalita joined the SMiLEDesigners team in 2017. She describes her journey thus far as being delightful as if she found her second family. The simplicity of the small things is what fuels her happiness. On her day-off, Ms. Lalita would cook, clean, relax, watch TV and spend quality time with her kids.
